The knife blade is made of genuine quality Damaststahl with 176 layers manufactured and has a hardness of 56 – 58 HRC Rockwell. The knife blade is made of two different steels in wild Damask forged. If both types of steel verschmiedet jointly a knife results in a particularly beautiful and full of character flamed damascene. On the one hand is carbon steel AISI 1095
used a classic tool steel, which is very tough than non-alloy and stainless steel, and capable tool can be sanded good, wherein it comprises a solid state time.
On the other AISI 4340 is used, a nickel-containing steel having good properties of the produced fine noble light parts and contrast when used in Damascus steel.
